CFS Monetary Measures for July 2026

Today we release CFS monetary and financial measures for July 2026. CFS Divisia M4, which is the broadest and most important measure of money, grew by 7.9% in July 2026 on a year-over-year basis versus 7.8% in June.

DATA REVISIONS: The present release contains revisions to the Benchmark rate and other interest rates. The overall time series are even more consistent and representative of relative shifts in the U.S. financial system over time.

CFS will soon publish a methodology paper.
