The House Financial Services Committee (“FSC”) held a hearing titled “The Dodd-Frank Act Five Years Later: Are We More Prosperous?” The hearing examined the Dodd-Frank Act’s implementation, operation and general legislative impact on economic prosperity over the past five years.
